Dr. Dobriner received his medical degree in 1987 from Albany Medical College, completed his general surgery training at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset in 1992 and his colorectal training at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Jersey in 1993.

     Dr. Dobriner is Board certified in both General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

     Dr. Dobriner is an Attending colorectal physician at St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn, N.Y., North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset and North Shore University Hospital in Huntington.  He is managing partner at Colon and Rectal Surgical Associates of L.I., P.C. and practices along with Michael D. Moseson, M.D. and Owen T. Su, M.D.  Together, they maintain offices in Huntington, Plainview and Great Neck, specializing in anorectal care and colon and rectal surgery, including laparoscopic surgery.
